These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions. If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The failure of Next Lab Studio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service, together with the Next Lab Studio Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted in connection with the Site, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Next Lab Studio and you regarding the Site.
